Morgan McKinley is seeking an Operations Analyst (Loans) -Banking Industry for a 12 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile, review, and upload transactional loan documents.
- Maintain responsibility for the accuracy of loan documentation uploads and reconciliations.
- Conduct monthly asset reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly reports and assist with audits.
- Perform data entry into the leasing system.
- Manage mailbox operations and provide client servicing support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Finance Diploma from a Polytechnic institution.
- 2-4+ years of experience in the banking or leasing industry, with significant loan operational and documentation experience.
- Familiarity with common forms of lease documentation, software license agreements, and other typical customer finance documents.
- Understanding of operational and administrative processes, including customer invoicing, cash application, collections, and end-of-lease management.
- Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
