The Role:
- Meet sales goals by proficiently managing the sales team, which involves coaching, establishing objectives, and tracking performance.
- Design and implement strategic business plans aimed at maximizing product success. Lead and inspire the sales team to foster strong and lasting relationships with customers.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales budgets, revenues, expenses, and updated forecasts for management's consideration. Identify emerging markets and shifts in the marketplace while staying informed about new products and competitive status.
- Oversee and mentor the sales team throughout the entire sales process, including prospecting, pitching, and negotiating.
- Exhibit a successful track record in high-level sales, closing significant deals, and managing key accounts.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while developing relationships with both new and existing customers.
What are we looking for?
- A minimum qualification of a Diploma in Engineering or Business Management, or an equivalent is required. Candidates should have no less than five years of experience in the industrial sales sector, including at least three years in a sales team leadership role.
- The successful applicant will be an independent individual with a strong focus on achieving sales results.
- Possess class 3 driving license
