Salary: $1,600 - $2,200
Working hours: 7.30 am - 4.30 pm (5 days work week), company transport provided from MRT stations
Working Location: Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim
Responsibilities:
- To test / inspect / assemble Refrigeration Units according to manufacturing instruction and method sheet.
- To maintain required output rates and quality.
- To upkeep and maintain equipment / tools / fixtures / gauges assigned to the Station and make sure that all calibrated items used are within the effective calibration period.
- To improve the productivity of the process by assisting to design jigs / fixtures & parts trolley.
- To train new employees with a buddy system.
- Perform basic trouble shooting or rework on tested / assembled units (identify & rectify fault found).
- To inspect work areas & monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions taken (if any).
- To comply strictly with the company's safety rules and regulations.
- To investigate the cause of accidents if any and work closely with personnel involved in the investigation to explain the situation.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the work area and proper records such as filling up checklists, components serial numbers etc.
- To perform tasks deem suitable and assigned by superiors and provide feedback or suggestion for improvement.
