Responsibilities:
• Organize and schedule meetings and events
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
• Maintain stock sheet
• Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and store on delivery arrangement
• Make bookings with transporters for delivery to site
• Liaise with fabricator based on cutting list for the materials
Requirements:
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with using Microsoft office suites
• Good time management skills
