We are a family office for a local ship bunker in Singapore. We also have an investment arm that allows High Net Worth individuals and institutions to investment into our Real Estate, Shipping and Private credit funds.
Role Description
• Collect information, perform research, and analyze real estate.
• Focus on Real Estate. Main focus in Singapore also in UK, Australia and New Zealand
• Able to model waterfall models, development budgets, cashflow and investor return summary
• Assist the CIO to source for credible strategic and sovereign wealth fund investors
• Assist the CIO to manage investment bankers and financing proposal
• Assist the CIO to answer questions from investors
• Assist the CIO to prepare documents for investors Due Diligence
• Deep understanding of financial models
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of working experience in investment analysis, real estate, or related fields.
• Familiar with real estate markets in Singapore, UK, Australia, or New Zealand is preferred.
Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, including waterfall models and cash flow analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills: familiarity with real estate analysis tools is a plus (e.g., Argus, CoStar).
Soft Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to do presentations for project analysis
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9:30am to 6:30pm
