- Location: Penjuru
- Working days: Monday – Friday
- Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Salary: $2800 - $3200
Responsibilities
- Handle order processing for Marine Lubricants customers.
- Liaising with vessel agents / project manager / ship candler / master for delivery arrangement.
- Serve as point of contact between customer and internal departments
- Handle barges supply planning and assign delivery schedule daily to the barge crew.
- Conscientious of barge movement to ensure smooth delivery arrangement
- Handle miscellaneous barge related matters
- Rotation to manage duty phone for urgent matters after office hours
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Proficient in MS Excel and SAP
- Training Provided
- Immediate starters or short notice availability will be an advantage
