The Opportunity:

- Location: Tuas, Singapore
- Salary: Up to $6,000
- Working hours: 8.30 AM – 5.05 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage product development and launch projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements through collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Establish and monitor project timelines, cost estimates, and budget plans for smooth execution and management approval.
- Work with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure seamless production transitions, including product line setup and capacity assessments.
- Oversee prototype development, design validation, and coordinate testing with QA teams and external labs.
- Support supplier development, material planning, and continuous product improvement efforts to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years in product development and project management, successfully leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and SolidWorks, with strong engineering principles knowledge.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; data-driven and resourceful.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective under tight deadlines.
- Prior chemical industry experience
- Quick learner of new technologies and processes; knowledge of water filtration systems.
