Working hours: 8.30am - 5.45pm (Mon - Thur); 8.30am - 5.15pm (Fri)
Job Scope
• Manage onboarding activities and ensure pre-employment requirements are completed for new hires
• Handle Work/Staff Pass administration
• Ensure all on-boarding operations, work pass processes and other requests are executed accurately and timely within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Attend to queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Work with colleagues to ensure seamless HR end-to-end processes.
• Work with and develop business relationship with all stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, employees, colleagues to support and ensure alignment of HR transactional services
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirement
• Minimum 1 year of prior experience in HR
