- Support internal teams with daily purchase requests and ensure timely issuance of purchase orders to meet fleet operational needs.
- Actively participate in project meetings with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective procurement plans and intervene when necessary.
- Lead procurement programs focused on cost savings, risk mitigation, and monitoring supplier performance.
- Ensure procurement activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with procedures.
- Prepare tender documents in line with company procurement policies and submit award papers for approval per delegation of authority.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing technical spares and services for the Marine/Offshore industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement support for harbour craft and seagoing vessels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with knowledge of public tenders, ESG, RPA, and Power BI.
