Responsibilities
- In charge of onboarding plans and training new employees on existing HR policies and internal processes
- Maintaining HR records, payroll documentation and other relevant administrative matters
- Performance management of all employees
- Providing mentorship and support to junior members within the team
- Compliance and Policy Development - update organisation policies and keep abreast of latest labour and employment regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
- 8 - 15 years of HR Generalist experience within Banking industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and best practices within the banking sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to build trust with employees and management.
