- Collaborate with the IT Manager and key stakeholders to ensure effective support and execution of various IT functions, optimizing workflows across teams.
- Assist with the seamless operation of IT systems by coordinating with internal departments and external IT service providers to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Offer front-line support to end-users, troubleshooting a variety of technical issues related to devices and software, including desktop/laptop configurations, printing solutions, and Microsoft applications.
- Manage IT hardware lifecycle, including provisioning, configuration, and installation of workstations and related equipment.
- Oversee IT security initiatives, ensuring up-to-date protection protocols are in place and maintained across systems.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of IT assets and relevant system documentation, ensuring that all hardware, software, and licenses are accounted for and compliant with internal policies.
- Provide ongoing support for the organization’s daily operations, assisting in the implementation of process improvements and ensuring operational targets are met.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team to support the evolving needs of the organization
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Computer Science or relevant Degree qualification in a related discipline
- Strong working experience with Microsoft 365, End user desktop and IT Security
- 2 years of relevant working experience
