Job scope:
Payroll processing
- Process monthly payroll for all SACS centres (a total of 12 centres; excluding SANH-TJ) with approximately 250 staff.
- Check and calculate employees’ overtime.
- Generate payroll reports and upload bank export files in DBS IDEAL for approvals.
- Maintain proper filing of payroll documents, to include supporting documents and authorizations.
- Generate payslips for staff to view via e-Payslip system.
- Prepare Headcount Report and Payroll Recharges for Finance Department.
- Send Payroll Reports and Recharges to Finance Department by the 1st week of month.
- Monthly submission of CPF. Provide CPF acknowledgement to respective Finance personnels.
- Tally and reconcile monthly FWL payment advices (for 6 centres).
Administrative Duties
- Process and submit NS Make-up Pay Claims for staff.
- Provide support in Survey related matters.
- Generate and extract reports from Timesoft as and when required.
- Prepare relevant HR monthly report
- Any other duties as instructed by the Head of Human Resource.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years exprience in HR
- Experience in processing payroll, using Timesoft E-Payroll
- Experience with Timesoft HRIS is a requirement
- Numerically proficient
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
