Job description:
- Administrative work relating to providing patients with medical services;
- Communication with patients and relatives as regards their medical condition;
- Dealing with payments/insurance claims with regard to medical services rendered to patients;
- Administrative work relating to medisave / private integrated plans submissions;
- Communication with insurance company representative,clinic staff, accountants, patients and relatives with regards to claims;
- Preparing cheque refunds for patients; and Instructions and directions given by management from time to time
Job requirements:
- Min Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- No work experience required
