Responsibilities:
The incumbent will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to clients and business partners by offering expert advisory services in insurance and liquidity planning. The role involves generating profitable client referrals for the company through proactive engagement and support of both partners and clients.
- Foster continuous engagement with bankers to build strong and sustainable referral relationships
- Develop new banker relationships regularly to ensure a diversified referral source portfolio
- Provide professional, high-quality advice to clients regarding their liquidity planning and insurance needs
- Achieve annual net revenue targets or any amount set during the annual performance review
- Ensure full compliance with the company's internal policies, procedures, and MAS regulatory standards
- Submit new business documentation promptly and accurately
- Deliver ongoing, high-quality service to existing policyholders through timely annual policy reviews
- Assist team members with client meetings, medical assessments, and presentations
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Preference for candidates with experience in the Thai market
- Proficiency in Thai to effectively communicate with Thai-speaking clients
- For Junior: 5-8 years of experience in sales and/or relationship management, preferably within the insurance or banking industries
- For Senior: 10-15 years of experience in sales and/or relationship management, preferably within the insurance or banking industries
- A valid MAS license (Candidates not currently licensed must obtain a MAS license upon starting employment)
- Strong skills in relationship development/management, communication, and presentation
- Previous/current experience as a private banker, bancassurance specialist, or insurance specialist
