Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret client data (e.g., vehicle details, driving history, coverage preferences) to generate appropriate quotes.
- Communicate with clients, agents, or brokers to gather necessary information for preparing insurance quotes.
- Prepare quotation documents, ensuring all relevant information is included and accurate.
- Coordinate with the underwriting department to confirm that proposed quotes comply with underwriting guidelines and risk assessments.
- Respond promptly to Salesforce leads and inquiries.
- Prepare documentation related to completed transactions.
- Address insurance-related queries from customers and partners.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the quotation process through digitalization.
- Generate accurate motor insurance quotations for individuals and businesses based on customer information and requirements.
Utilize pricing tools, systems, and software to calculate insurance premiums and terms. - Explain policy terms, coverage options, and pricing to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a General Insurance environment.
- Hold at least 2 certificates (BCP, PGI, ComGI).
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce).
- Knowledge of the motor insurance market is a plus.
- Experience in underwriting, claims, quotations, or insurance customer service is highly desirable.
