Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from pre-screening and sourcing candidates to facilitating onboarding and exit interviews
- Use job boards to identify and reach out to potential candidates for open positions.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and coordination for all parties involved.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, answering questions, providing status updates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in building a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs by maintaining a database of potential talent
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, A-Levels, or Bachelor’s Degree
- Passionate about People's environment, results-driven & outgoing personality
