Job Scope
- Designing, implementing and optimising semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Troubleshooting process issues and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process enhancements
- Conducting performance testing and data analysis to support process qualification
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to more junior members of the team
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, with a specialisation in Process Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a process engineering role within the semiconductor industry
- Proven track record of designing, implementing and optimising complex manufacturing processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret technical data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience in applying lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements
