- Position : HR cum Accounts Assistant - Up to $3,500 - Marymount

- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Thursday: 8.30AM to 6.30PM, Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Transport Allowance

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing for appropriate applicants - Handle Recruitment and staff resignation
- Preparation of Employment Contracts and Confirmation Letter
- Work Pass (Permit/S.Pass/EP) Application, Renewal, Cancellation via MOM portal
- Monitoring and update MOM Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS)
- Perform daily accounting duties which include data entries into the accounting system.
- Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Process payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage Staff claim and Overtime claim preparation.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge on MOM COMPASS Scoring System
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
