Responsibilities :
- Outreach Activities: Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking.
- Inbound Lead Handling: Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels, ensuring they are qualified and supported.
- Leverage Sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and Lusha to research, track, and manage leads effectively.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the target market. Create and maintain an accurate list of prospects.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively manage and update the CRM with lead details, contact information, and qualification status.
- Collaborate with BDM: Work closely with the BDM to transition qualified leads and opportunities to the next stages of the sales cycle.
- Support Marketing Initiatives: Assist in generating content and promoting campaigns to increase inbound leads.
- Qualifying Leads: Identify key decision-makers and ensure a clear understanding of the prospect’s needs, goals, and challenges.
- Reporting: Regularly update sales activity and progress to the BDM, providing insights into pipeline health and market insights.
- Maintain Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to have meaningful conversations with potential clients
Requirements :
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport, engage prospects, and communicate value propositions effectively, both in writing and over the phone.
- Target-Driven: A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on qualifying and setting appointments for the sales team.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn, email automation).
