5d work week, 9.00am to 6.15pm
3 months Temporary Accounts Assistant
- Key in supplier invoices into accounting system
- Process and key in staff claims
- Make payment for supplier invoices
- Generate PI and Sales invoices (Key in sales invoices into accounting system)
- Perform some general journal entries for month end closing
- Assist in filing and any ad hoc admin duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Minimally Diploma in accountancy / LCCI / CAT / Higher Nitec accounting
- SAP or Navision system is an advantage
- Experience is preferred
