Location: Bishan
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting office tours.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
