Job Description
- Provide first-line desktop support and swiftly address end user inquiries.
- Troubleshoot issues related to end user platforms and manage end user relationships.
- Respond quickly to incidents, investigate causes, and resolve problems, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Provide support to IT department
