Three main roles of the Volunteer Executive, growing the volunteer pool, brokering partnerships between community partners, and strengthening volunteer management capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing Volunteers and Programmes

Volunteer Recruitment

  • Assist in recruitment and managing inquiries
  • Provide administrative and logistical support

Stakeholder Engagement and Management

  • Foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Volunteer Data Management

  • Assist in collecting and managing data
  • Maintain volunteer database and related administrative documentation.

Volunteer Programme Management and Evaluation

  • Assist and assess volunteer programs.

Volunteer Learning and Development

  • Support in volunteer learning and development programmes

Volunteer Retention and Engagement

  • Support, engage and retain volunteers

Other Responsibilities & Duties

  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Candidate Profile:

  • Minium Diploma in relevant field of study.
  • 0 2 years of relevant work experience in volunteer management and community partnerships in a non-profit organisation.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication.
  • Good organizational skills and a strong team player.
  • Good administrative and computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, pleasant and resourceful personality.
  • Passionate about Volunteerism and some experience in Marketing.
  • Ability to work well with a diverse group of professionals from the public and private sectors, volunteers and residents.
