Jobs Responsibilities:
- Drive community volunteer management and support grassroots organizations' growth at the constituency level.
- Identify and engage volunteers through meaningful causes and opportunities across various platforms.
- Cultivate volunteer networks and nurture advocates to fulfill community and governmental objectives.
- Match volunteers with opportunities and share best practices with stakeholders.
- Promote volunteer programs to enhance public awareness and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Collaborate with partners to cross-promote content and maintain an archive of volunteer stories.
- Coordinate training programs for staff, grassroots leaders, and volunteers with internal and external partners.
- Manage resources, grants, and ensure compliance with SOPs for accountability and tracking.
Requirements:
- Singaporean Only
- Minimum Degree in Marketing, PR, Events or relevant field
