We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations and drive business growth in the office furniture industry. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset and the ability to travel between Singapore and Malaysia to support business expansion and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure seamless daily operations across all store locations, aligning with the company’s mission and vision.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand into new sales channels, including B2B and B2B2C markets.
- Lead the formulation and execution of growth plans for the next 1-10 years, with a focus on achieving financial objectives and business goals.
- Establish team objectives, set policies, and manage annual budgets and expenses to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and guiding employees, including front-of-house leadership, to enhance productivity and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize merchandising, visual displays, sales performance, and pipeline management.
- Partner with the finance team to ensure effective cash flow management and sustained profitability.
- Drive regional expansion efforts, including the establishment and management of stores in Malaysia and Singapore.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in the office furniture or related industries.
- Strong expertise in managing and expanding both B2B and B2C sales channels, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth in these markets.
- Strategic planning and leadership skills, with a successful track record of achieving business expansion and operational efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel regionally, particularly between Singapore and Malaysia, to support operations and expansion efforts.
