Job Description
1. To assist PI in preparing paperwork with grantors such as proposals, progress reports and contracts.
2. To maintain expense records and project finance accounts.
3. To assist PI in project paperwork such as virement, procurement, reimbursement, etc.
4. To assist PI in writing news articles and help proofread project write-ups from team members.
5. Provide other operational support needed by PI
Qualifications
• Possess a bachelor degree in relevant field
• Candidate must be very meticulous
• Excellent skill in using office software and website tools like excel, PPT, Google Drive.
• Experience in operational job with good record
• Open to fixed term contract
