Responsibilities:
- Handle office facility maintenance, including liaising with vendors
- Monitor and replenish office and workshop supplies (groceries, stationery, corporate gifts, and drinks)
- Vendor & Asset Management
- Coordinate with vendors for regular maintenance and ad-hoc repairs
- Ensure smooth operations of company equipment, including photocopy machines and office appliances.
- Organise staff events such as outdoor lunches, year-end dinners, and other team-building activities.
- Update staff leave records
- Manage monthly utility, phone and internet bills
- Coordinate the printing of corporate materials and name cards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- No experience can apply as on-the-job training is provided
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good Communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
