Job Responsibilities:
• Report directly to the Managing Director.
• Oversee and coordinate work within the Finance Department, ensuring proper recording, control and compliance.
• Perform monthly accounts receivable credit reviews and implement credit control measures.
• Authorize all online banking payments, including GIRO, PayNow, TT and FAST transactions.
• Handle cash and bank transactions while maintaining proper records and ensuring accurate banking procedures.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, monitor work-in-progress reports and project costing.
• Review and analyze group’s monthly financial reports.
• Prepare group’s annual financial reports and budget forecasts.
• Prepare group’s monthly and quarterly consolidation packages and ensure deadlines are met.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, company secretaries, tax agents and bankers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Specification:
• University Degree, ACCA, or CPA qualification.
• Must experience in construction / engineering industry
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years at a managerial level.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards e.g FRS115 and FRS116.
