Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
Answer customer inquiries about products (e.g., PCs, laptops, peripherals, software).
Provide expert advice on product selection, configuration, and compatibility.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Sales:
Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Participate in sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on the latest PC hardware and software trends.
Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range, including specifications, features, and pricing.
Assist with product demonstrations and explain technical information clearly and concisely.
Inventory Management:
Assist with inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma,SPM or equivalent.
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for technology and a strong interest in computers and gaming (preferred).
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
