Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare sector.
· Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure job requirements are clearly defined and reflect the specific needs of each department.
· Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
· Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
· Ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process by coordinating interview schedules, facilitating panel discussions, and supporting hiring decisions.
· Coordinate and participate in candidate interviews, conducting competency-based assessments.
· Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive a smooth and welcoming transition into the organization.
Requirements:
· A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
