Responsibilities:
- Chiller Stock Management: Regularly replenish the store’s chiller with our products, sourcing stock from the cold room in the back store.
- Inventory Coordination: Communicate with drivers about stock shortages and arrange for replenishment in the next delivery schedule.
- Chiller Upkeep: Ensure the chiller area assigned to our products is clean, well-organized, and free of expired or damaged items.
- Store Relationships: Foster and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Product Expertise: Stay informed about the company’s product offerings and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Visit Planning: Collaborate with the manager to develop and optimize store visit schedules as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising roles is advantageous.
- Experience working in a supermarket environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
- Proficient in navigating between store locations.
