Responsbilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance across the region.
- HR Team Management: Lead and inspire the HR team to deliver on organizational priorities.
- Talent Acquisition: Design recruitment strategies to attract top talent and implement retention initiatives to reduce turnover.
- Employee Development: Drive leadership development, succession planning, and training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive work environment, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- HR Operations: Manage payroll, benefits, and HR systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining employee engagement during organizational changes.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and proactively manage HR-related risks.
- HR Analytics: Utilize data to inform decisions, track progress, and provide insights to leadership through reports and dashboards.
- Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives and support business growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• 7 - 10 years of human resource working experience in commodities industry
• Prior working experience in leading a team
