• Responsible for the entire sales cycle.
• Actively generating new leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings with clients
• Enjoy interacting and communicating with people, maintain good rapport with existing clients
• Follow-up on leads and sales inquires
• Closing sales and driven to achieve monthly sales target.
• Providing information about services/sales/discounts to businesses/organizations
• Handling customer issues
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
• Manage and grow individual sales pipeline
• Follow-up on leads and sales inquires.
