- Position : Assistant Sales Manager (Horticulture/ Plants)
- Location : Bedok (8 minutes walk from Bedok MRT)
- Working hours : 5 days a week; Mondays- Fridays: 8.30am-5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + Group Commission (average $300 -800/month after probation) + travel allowance/ taxi claim reimburse + 14 days Annual leave +

Main Responsibilities:
- Managing new and existing client accounts.
- Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Focus on acquiring new customers to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Additionally, aim to achieve revenue retention and growth from existing customers
- Negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback.
- Work closely with other departments such as operations, accounts, and CRS team.
- Ensure a coordinated approach to client management.
- Monitor and report on sales performance.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in any related field
- At least 2 years of experience holding a leadership role in Sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to understand client's business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
