Job Description:
This is a full time role for a After Sales Executive located in Tuas. Our clients serve the Asia region. Supplying such as Marine Engines, Industrial Power Equipment, Energy System, Engineering Services and Spare Parts in Singapore. The role focuses on managing export shipments, including preparing commercial documents such as invoices and shipping paperwork, coordinating with the warehouse team, and arranging shipments with external vendors like freight forwarders. It also involves handling Letters of Credit, processing purchase orders, and issuing shipping instructions across various regions. Key responsibilities include negotiating delivery costs, monitoring inbound shipments, tracking logistics expenses, and addressing claims related to shortages or defective parts. Additionally, the role requires preparing reports and handling other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Nitec & above
- 3 years of relevant experience
