Job Description
Our client is a Japanese electronics manufacturer with products that serve clients in industries from semiconductor to construction. They are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to eventually lead the sales team and expand their market share in the region.
Sales Activity:
o Frequently report and share own activity to sales manager and General manager.
o Study strong point and make presentation.
o Get appointment with customer, visit customer, and introduce client's product.
o Understand customer needs and propose suitable product.
o Discuss current customer demand and prepare sales forecast by each item and able explain it
o Based on customer forecast, request purchase team to prepare product.
o Discuss and negotiate price and delivery schedule with customers.
o 70% farming and 30% hunting
Marketing:
o Frequently share and report own activity to sales manager and General manager.
o Survey ASEAN market and find new potential customers.
o Get information from friends or exhibition or related companies or SNS for related industrial.
Account receivable collection:
o Check account receivable if needed.
Job Requirement
- Must have a skill in numbers, basic math knowledge.
- Must have excel skill (to manage own sales result and forecast), Prefer to have experience working at manufacturer industry.
- Experience distribution management
- More than 2 Years of experience working at Japanese company as a sales person is preferred.
- Frequency of travel (Asean), roughly once a month
