Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Executive (5 months contract):
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage inquiries, documenting caller details such as name, position, organization, contact information, and other relevant particulars for follow-up by the sales team.
- Assist in preparing proposals based on information provided by Sales and Marketing staff.
- Prepare invoices and compile monthly reports for consolidated billing.
- Maintain and organize filing systems and relevant software to manage waste-related information effectively.
- Support the Customer Service Manager in ensuring smooth daily team operations.
- Assist in handling customer care tasks, including managing feedback and complaints, collecting market intelligence, and contributing to marketing communications.
- Update and maintain the customer database, including details of existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as logistics and operations, to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
- Able to work for 5-Months on contractual basic.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,600
- Working Location: Tuas Crescent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
