Job Role (Responsibilities & Duties)

-Setup and commissioning of copiers and software solutions at customer's premises

-Provide technical support, and attend to monthly servicing and maintenance of copiers and printers

-Troubleshooting and replacement of spare parts and consumables

-Attend to ad-hoc service and repair calls
