Employment Type:
Full-time, Contract (1 April 2025 – 31 December 2025, with an option to extend for an additional 12 months)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)
- Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)
- No work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
Job Purpose:
The Audio Visual (AV) Executive will support AV operations and administrative functions at Yishun Innova Junior College (YIJC), ensuring smooth technical support for events, classroom activities, and digital learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
AV Operations and Maintenance:
- Manage and maintain AV resources, systems, and equipment in the school.
- Provide AV technical support for school events, classroom activities, and other initiatives.
Inventory and Procurement:
- Perform AV inventory management and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
- Oversee the procurement of AV resources as required.
Broadcast and Digital Learning Support
- Assist in school broadcasting activities, such as managing the TV Broadcast System.
- Support the digital learning environment, including operating lecture recording systems.
- Student Guidance and Supervision:
- Guide and supervise students in the operation of Public Address / Sound & Lighting systems.
- Other Duties:
- Undertake other AV-related tasks as assigned by school management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Requirements:
- Higher Nitec in Info-Comm Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong audio-visual skills with familiarity in tools, software, hardware, and equipment used in the AV industry.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
