Responsibilities
- Provide demonstrations and training on our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with product implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our solutions remain competitive
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales resources
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role within the healthcare industry
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and master new software and systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner
- Problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
