About the Role:
Join our dedicated team as a Preschool Educarer, where you'll help shape the early learning experiences of children aged 18 months to 6 years.
At our preschool, we champion holistic development by fostering a supportive community for both neurotypical children and those with mild to moderate developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all children feel valued and supported.
- Plan and execute creative, engaging lesson plans tailored to children’s developmental milestones.
- Collaborate closely with in-house occupational and speech therapists to implement individualized learning strategies.
- Track and celebrate each child's progress by maintaining detailed and organized portfolios.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a strong home-school partnership.
- Stay at the forefront of early childhood education through ongoing professional development opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for working with young children in an inclusive preschool setting.
- Minimum ACEY certification or L1 Early Childhood Educator Certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and therapists.
- Commitment to fostering curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning.
