Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: Up to $6,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments for multiple sites to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Identify and address all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training needs.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to implement corrective measures.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation in alignment with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to develop and implement HSE plans.
- Manage and review Safety Observation Sheets, ensuring timely action and closure.
- Supervise contractor activities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and deliver HSE updates during meetings and manage ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act and related regulations.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Proficiency in HSE auditing and strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and manage people effectively.
