Job Scope:
- Ensure successful and timely execution of projects within the budget and contractual completion time set by the Sales Department.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all activities and transactions.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and production orders before project kick-off meeting.
- Coordinate with Sales Department to confirm down payment, LC, or other payment methods before starting procurement.
- Collaborate with Design Department to generate workshop drawings (GA, P&ID, Electrical) after BOM is populated.
- Obtain client’s official approval on all drawings prior to commencing any work.
- Verify correct sizing of components (e.g., motors, pumps, valves, and instrumentation).
- Ensure all related components are correctly sized if changes occur.
- Update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and inform relevant departments about delivery schedule compliance, in consultation with the GM.
- Lead project kick-off meetings, providing all critical information (e.g., BOM, Gantt chart, lead time).
- Follow up with Procurement Department on estimated time of arrival (ETA), lead times, and technical specifications, with assistance from the Design team.
- Communicate any project changes to the customer after discussion with the Sales Department, if authorized by the GM.
- Attend and collaborate with the Engineering Department to ensure successful factory testing and generate in-house testing reports for the client prior to delivery.
- Attend site meetings, if required, and write minutes for record-keeping in the Project File.
- Engage and coordinate with sub-contractors upon GM approval for ongoing projects.
- Ensure sub-contractor work quality adheres strictly to project requirements.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years in project management.
- Experience and proficient in AutoCAD 2D
