Job Duties:
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience in all interactions.
- Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Contact Center
- Maintain accurate records, keep customer interaction records up-to-date and accurate within the CRM system.
- Actively promote and cross-sell company products and services.
- Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Embrace change, continuously develop skills, and participate in improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Resilient, resourceful, displays strong initiative, self-directed and motivated
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Health Insurance Certification would be an advantage
