Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and conduct business negotiations in the Semiconductor industry.
- Develop new key account platforms to expand sales efforts.
- Present the company’s products to potential customers.
- Create offers and negotiate contracts with business partners for general agreements.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to address technical questions and develop customer solutions.
- Monitor and analyze potential customers, markets, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Coordinate special marketing activities such as fairs, trade shows, etc.
- Manage and support projects based on customer needs.
- Oversee and coordinate customer orders.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Semiconductor industry, particularly with probe cards or test sockets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet usage.
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail, structured, and efficient work approach.
- Ability to work well in a team, self-driven, fast learner, flexible, and possess good skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
