Job Purpose
- Working as a key part of the Digital for Business team, you are responsible as the Senior Business Analyst for web/mobile solutions under Digital Online Sales Platform that meet customer, business and operation’s needs.
- This means you are responsible for the system related activities of the end-to-end project lifecycle, which include requirements gathering, design, development, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, post launch support, and growth of user adoption rate.
- You will need to collaborate with key roles (e.g. project managers, product managers, business stakeholder, SME, CX, UX, vendors, etc.) to comprehensively create innovative and effective solutions that are aligned to business operation principles and IT architecture standards.
The Job
- Act as the product owner and subject matter expert of the web & mobile platform for Digital Online Sales Platform, and maintain awareness and knowledge of new business initiative, emerging e-commerce technology, and IT ecosystem concerning the Digital Online Sales Platform product roadmap.
- Work with CX and UX teams to gather business requirements to ensure both function and non-functional requirements are fully captured, completed and properly documented.
- Understand stakeholders' business needs and priorities. Relate to their concerns and objectives, and accommodate into own work priorities.
- Facilitate communications between the various stakeholders and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, other platform product owners, vendors, etc.
- Translate and simplify requirements into formal documents, e.g. Business requirement documents as per project needs.
- Handle developers’ queries, analyzing data and supporting Business user’s queries.
- Understand test cases, review test steps and expected test results based on test cases. Support test and document results, and ensure all the deliverables are as per Business needs.
- Coordinate with analytics teams to analyze platform performance and recommend approaches to adoption/penetration rate of the developed system applications
- Identify process improvement for adoption to optimize delivery processes.
- Conduct post launch analysis of application performance and end-user feedback and to plan with solutions vendor for application enhancements / change requests.
- Support business and operations on post launch defects investigation, prioritization, fixing, testing and deployment.
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. - Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
