Role: E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Engineer
Duration: 12 months
Working Hours: 5 days - Mondays to Fridays, 7:45am to 4:45pm
Working Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided - Paya Lebar, Bishan, Yew Tee, Jurong East & Boon Lay)
Salary: Up to $6.9k
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Expert in E&I equipment failures and ensures the reliability of equipment
- Troubleshoots critical and major plant issues related to E&I, participate in Root Cause Analysis to identify solutions
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC
- Expertise in maintaining electrical system, switchgear, transformers, MV/LV switchboards, fire alarm and CCTV
- Mentor technicians in executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Ensure the plant HSE standards environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation or maintenance engineering
- Min 3 years of experience in Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance in chemical, petrochemical or pharmaceutical plants operations
- Knowledge of field instrumentation, electrical systems, control systems
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay current with new technologies
