- Customer Service Executive (Up to $4,300) - Mon-Fri: 9am - 5.30pm, Alt Sat: 9am - 1pm
- Direct Contact with Customers and answers all call promptly
- Provide the flight details to customer within the stipulated time upon receiving the booking
- Check the Export Documents Compliance when processing the export work order
- Apply the correct export permit and other export custom processed on timely manner
- Monitor the onboard status without fail and to informed customer on any irregularity
- Communicate among all related department concern E.g. Ops, Warehouse, Traffic, planning team
- Ensuring that the Airfreight rates apply is correct and updated.
- Update on NEW changes / requirement by airlines or governmental requirement
- Ensure that all monthly customer report is submitted on timely manner
- At least ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level qualification with 2 years’ experience within the freight industries
- Require basic knowledge of computer (e.g. Excel, Words etc.)
- Speaks and write Japanese with knowledge of the culture is preferred (Liaise with Japan Customer)
