Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Location: Alexandra Road
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate leads for childcare services.
- Build rapport with prospective clients and address their needs.
- Secure donations from individual and corporate donors.
- Maintain strong relationships with key donors.
- Develop partnerships with corporations for CSR donations.
- Provide regular updates on lead generation and fundraising progress.
- Manage all communication channels professionally and efficiently.
- Accurately track leads and donations in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role (preferably in childcare, non-profit, or fundraising).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients and donors.
- Experience working with CRM software to track leads and donations (Salesforce or similar preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for working with families and supporting community initiatives.
