Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to acquire project specifications.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, developers, architects, lighting designers, and interior planners in Singapore and the ASEAN market.
- Manage key accounts and channel partners, ensuring business growth within assigned areas.
- Collaborate with channel partners to create specification sales activities for the project stakeholders community.
- Train and develop assigned accounts to align with the company’s architectural lighting philosophy.
- Provide detailed bi-annual reports and updates to the Regional Manager on account activities, in line with key performance indicators.
- Understand architectural project requirements and suggest appropriate lighting applications or technical support to assist designers, architects, and planners.
- Work with the in-house lighting design team to produce architectural lighting applications/specifications to support project needs.
- Ensure CRM data is updated according to internal SOPs between headquarters and the sales office.
- Present architectural lighting applications/specifications to lighting designers, architects, and interior planners.
- Lead projects and collaborate with channel partners to ensure successful project completion within timelines.
- Notify the Regional Manager about projects requiring special attention, investment, or facilitation.
- Plan and facilitate quarterly brand awareness activities in collaboration with the Regional Manager.
- Work with the Marketing Leader to distribute relevant marketing materials to support business promotion in assigned regions.
- Stay informed about trends and needs in the architectural lighting market for project specifications.
- Monitor competition movements and innovations in the market.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. Basic knowledge of Dialux/BIM and relevant architectural lighting software tools (preferred).
- Experience with DIALux EVO, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
- Strong business acumen.
- Over 3 years of extensive project specification experience in architectural lighting or luxury architecture equipment (preferred).
- Experience in B2B and B2C architectural sales within commercial, museum & galleries, public works, luxury residential, or construction and building materials sectors.
- A strong existing network or relationships with stakeholders, developers, architects, or lighting designers in the ASEAN market.
- Experience working across the ASEAN market.
